Tea Information

Does tea have an expiry date?

Tea is seen much like herbs and spices in our kitchen cabinets: they lose flavor over time. It all depends on how your store them to lock in the freshness and how soon you use it. We recommend keeping our teas in their pouches, or storing them in air-tight containers and keeping them away from direct sunlight. Our teas are best enjoyed within 12-48 months of opening.

Are your teas organic?

For transparency sake, our teas are made mostly with certified organic ingredients where specified. We are hoping to make sure all of our teas will be made with 100% organic ingredients eventually. Please check the ingredient lists to see which teas contain organic ingredients.

Are your teas gluten free?

Our teas currently don't contain any ingredients that would have any gluten in them, but please feel free to double check the ingredients for allergens before purchasing.

I'm currently pregnant/breastfeeding, which ingredients should I avoid?

We ask that you contact your doctor, nutritionist, or healthcare provider before consuming any of our products as some herbs are not recommended for those who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.

Orders and Returns

How can I cancel/change an order?

As per our Refund Policy, we allow cancellations and changes to an order as long as you request to do so within 3 hours of placing your order.

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy
which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please read more about our return policy on our Refund Policy page.

Payment Information

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment, we accept VISA, MasterCard, Interac, PayPal, and Shop Pay. We may open up other forms of payments if there's enough demand for them.

Other Product Information

What is the shelf life of your bath soaks?

We recommend using our bath soaks within 1 year of opening. Make sure to keep the jars tightly sealed and in a cool and dry place, if possible.

What is the shelf life of your salves?

Our salves have about a 1 year effectiveness date. Although salves can last longer than 1 year, their effectiveness will eventually start to fade. We recommend that you wash and dry your hands completely before using the salves as water and bacteria can be introduced to them, causing them to go bad sooner. We also recommend keeping them refrigerated, or in a cool, dry place in general to preserve them for a longer time. Plus, the cooling effect of a cold salve will feel nice.

What is the shelf life of your lotion bars?

We recommend using our lotion bars within a year of opening. We do include vitamin E oil in the formulation to extend the life of the lotion bars in addition to providing benefits to the skin. We also recommend keeping them refrigerated, or in a cool, dry place in general to preserve them for a longer time.

When will my order be shipped?

We guarantee that all orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.

How long will it take to get my package?

We currently ship out all of our packages from Ontario, Canada with Canada Post. You can verify all shipping times on the Canada Post website.

For Domestic Orders:
* Standard/Regular Shipping: 3-9 business days
* Expedited Shipping: 1-7 business days
* Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

For US Orders:
* Small Packet (No Tracking): 5-8 business days
* Tracked Packet: 4-7 business days
* Expedited Shipping: 4-7 business days

For International Orders:
* Small Packet Air (No Tracking): 6-10 business days
* Tracked Packet Air: 6-10 business days
* International Parcel Air: 12+ business days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We have several shipping methods available to ship pretty much anywhere in the world.

How can I track my shipment?

When your order is shipped out, a tracking number is automatically emailed to you along with the notification of your order being shipped. You may track your shipment directly from the email, or track it on Canada Post's website.
