Guayusa is a naturally caffeinated herb that is native to South America and is known to be a healthier alternative to energy drinks. Like yerba maté, it was used by hunters or night watchmen to keep awake during the late nights to early mornings. ✧ DIRECTIONS FOR USE ✧
Heat your water to 95°C/200°F and use 1 tea bag for 475ml of hot water. Pour the hot water over the tea bad and let steep. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to ensure the energizing benefits steep into the water. Sip and enjoy!
